If you have a tenancy with Roundshaw Homes or Sutton Council on the Roundshaw Estate, you can report a repair in the following ways:
For general repairs call freephone 0800 328 7298, Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

For emergency repairs call before 9.00am and after 5.30pm Monday to Friday or at weekends, call 020 8770 5000

For gas and heating repairs on weekdays or for out of hours emergencies, call BSW on freephone 0800 953 1229.

Floating Support
Roundshaw Homes provides an easy to access service for older or more vulnerable residents who may have difficulties with:

• Debt or financial problems
• Completing Benefits forms
• Drug or alcohol abuse
• Health problems
• Feeling isolated
• Maintaining their tenancy

The support we provide includes:

• Helping residents to maximise their income and helping them to claim Benefits which they are entitled to
• Contacting other services
• Budgeting and money management
• Providing information and advice on health and social care
• Referring residents to other voluntary or statutory agencies if we cannot help you ourselves
• Making sure you are consulted and kept informed.

• Sandra Martin supports residents up to the age of 64
• Karen Page supports residents over the age of 65.

We can arrange to visit you at home by appointment. There is also a drop-in service for people over 65 years old every Monday at the Vanguard Way senior citizens club.
