Getting involvedResident involvement is a vital to what we all want to achieve here at Roundshaw. Our commitment is to provide you – our residents – with high quality services.
But we can only measure how good our services are by knowing how satisfied you are with them. Your involvement helps us to get things right in the first place as well as helping us find out how we can improve.
There are a number of ways you can get involved:
Call, write, visit!
If you want to comment on the services you receive from us or have any suggestions for improvements, you can call us on freephone 0800 328 7298, or write to us or drop in to our offices at 5 Mollison Square.
Residents Associations
Roundshaw Homes works closely with the three residents associations that currently exist on the estate. Each residents association represents all the residents in the part of Roundshaw it covers and they are a good way of making sure that we know what residents’ priorities are and what you think of the services we provide.
The three residents associations currently on Roundshaw are:
Barnard Close (recently re-opened)
Four Closes (for residents living in Olley Close, Brackley Close, McIntosh Close and Douglas Close)
Acting Chair: Mary Burt
Meetings are held on the last Monday of each month starting at 7.00pm at the Community Hall, 2 Handley Page Road, Roundshaw, Wallington Surrey SM6 9GT.
Flightpath (for residents living in the new-build properties)
Chair: John Munday
Vice-Chair: Pat Bridgeman
Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of each month starting at 7.30pm at the Community Hall, 2 Handley Page Road, Roundshaw, Wallington Surrey SM6 9GT.
To find out how to get in touch with your residents association (or if you have any ideas about other ways you could get involved) call Adrian Addo at Roundshaw Homes on freephone 0800 328 7298.
Residents Focus Groups
Focus groups are a useful way to concentrate on specific issues and find out what people think about them. We held a residents focus group to talk about our Anti-Social Behaviour policy and our Complaints procedure. The group made many useful points and some suggestions for improvements and we made some changes to both policies as a result.
If you would like to find out more or would like to be part of a future focus group, please call us on freephone 0800 328 7298.
