About us
Roundshaw Homes was set up in January 2001 by Hyde Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Partnership (MHP) to manage the new housing and the remaining Council homes on Roundshaw. Hyde and MHP have been working with Sutton Council since the mid-90’s to regenerate Roundshaw. This work has included demolishing and rebuilding about half of the original homes on the estate. By the end of 2005, Hyde and MHP will have built around 1,000 new affordable homes on Roundshaw.

In December 2006 residents voted in favour of stock transfer and now the whole estate is owned and managed by Hyde Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Partnership (MHP) working in partnership as Roundshaw Homes.
