Roundshaw Homes
Roundshaw Homes was set up in January 2001 by Hyde Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Partnership (MHP) to manage the new housing and the remaining Council homes on Roundshaw. Hyde and MHP have been working with Sutton Council since the mid-90’s to regenerate Roundshaw. This work has included demolishing and rebuilding about half of the original homes on the estate. By the end of 2005, Hyde and MHP will have built around 1,000 new affordable homes on Roundshaw.

In December 2006 residents voted in favour of stock transfer and now the whole estate is owned and managed by Hyde Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Partnership (MHP) working in partnership as Roundshaw Homes.

Roundshaw Homes reports to the Roundshaw Community Board which was set up in 2000. The Community Board aims to ensure that residents are directly involved in key decisions about the regeneration and management of the estate.

Roundshaw Homes operates from offices in Mollison Square in the heart of Roundshaw and provides a wide range of services to residents. Three main teams work out of the Roundshaw Homes estate office – repairs, customer services and estate management.
